Who can take part
- You have a type of lung cancer called NSCLC that could be surgically removed (stage II to IIIB).
- You have not had any prior cancer treatment.
- Your cancer does not have certain gene changes (EGFR, ALK, or ROS1).
- You are in good physical condition (ECOG 0 or 1), meaning you can carry out daily activities without help.
- You received 2 to 4 rounds of chemoimmunotherapy before surgery, the tumor was fully removed (R0), but it did not disappear completely under the microscope (no complete response).
- Your heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and blood cell counts are within normal ranges, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
