This study tests whether biofeedback (using sensors to help you control your body movements) can improve balance in older adults with osteoporosis. If you have low bone density and are between 65-75 years old, this trial may help you strengthen your balance and reduce fall risk.

Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with osteoporosis, confirmed by a bone density test (T-score of -2.5 or lower).
- You are between 65 and 75 years old.
- Your BMI is between 25 and 29.9.
- You are able to understand and follow instructions (good mental and cognitive function).
- You do not have certain medical conditions like untreated thyroid problems, skin infections, pacemaker, heart or lung disease, nerve or muscle disorders, severe liver or kidney problems, or leg length difference.
