Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 65 years old
  • Have a body mass index (BMI) between 18.0 and 32.0 and weigh at least 110 lbs (men) or 99 lbs (women)
  • Be generally healthy, with no major medical conditions
  • Not be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study and for 3 months after
  • Agree to use effective contraception if you can become pregnant or get someone pregnant
  • Not take any medications (except specific allowed ones) for 2 weeks before starting the study
