  • You must be between 18 and 65 years old and in good general health.
  • No prescription or over-the-counter drugs for 7 days before and during the study.
  • Drink no more than 10 alcoholic drinks per week (and no more than 4 in one day).
  • No personal or family history of muscle problems (e.g., from statins) or severe skin reactions.
  • No major medical conditions (heart, lung, kidney, liver, etc.) or recent surgery or hospitalization.
