  • You are 18 to 75 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis
  • Your UC is currently moderate to severe (Mayo score 5-9) and a colonoscopy shows active inflammation
  • You have tried standard treatments (like mesalamine, steroids, or advanced therapies) and they didn't work well enough, stopped working, or caused side effects
  • You do not have Crohn's disease, a history of toxic megacolon, a stoma, or a fistula
