New drug for moderate to severe ulcerative colitis

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis for at least 3 months.
  • Your UC is moderate to severe.
  • You have tried one or more treatments that didn't work well enough, caused side effects, or you need steroids to control your symptoms.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant, and for 6 months after the last dose.
  • You do not have active infections, recent serious infections, or a history of certain cancers.
