Who can take part
- You have Stage II or III breast cancer that is HER2-positive and the main tumor is larger than 2 cm
- You are able to do light physical work or be fully active (ECOG 0 or 1)
- Your kidneys, liver, bone marrow, and heart function are normal, especially a heart pump strength of 55% or more
- You have not had any treatment for this breast cancer before
