Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have severe aortic stenosis (a narrowed heart valve) confirmed by a heart ultrasound.
- A heart team must have decided that TAVI (a less-invasive valve replacement) is the best option for you, or you chose not to have TAVI.
- You should not have had a heart attack, active heart inflammation, or heart infection in the last month.
- You should not have other serious heart conditions like severe mitral valve problems or uncontrolled dangerous heart rhythms.
