Who can take part
- Your vision must be impaired enough that you use contrast sensitivity of 1.6 or higher (a common test for low vision).
- You travel by yourself in your community, including using stairs, at least two times each week.
- You can climb up and down stairs comfortably when you can rest as needed.
- You do not have severe rheumatologic or orthopedic diseases (like awaiting a joint replacement or active arthritis).
- You have not had any lower-limb injuries or joint replacements (like a hip or knee replacement) in the last six months.
