Who can take part

  • You must be a woman aged 18 or older with advanced colon or rectal cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer must have changes in the TP53 gene and be positive for LRPPRC.
  • You must have received only one prior treatment for your cancer that included oxaliplatin.
  • You must be in generally good health, able to care for yourself (ECOG 0-2), and have adequate organ function.
