Who can take part

  • You are between 20 and 55 years old
  • You have worked in an office for at least 2 years
  • You have had low back pain (in the lower back area, above the buttocks) for more than 3 months
  • Your pain is moderate to severe (above 40 on a 0–100 pain scale)
  • You have been diagnosed with mechanical (non-specific) low back pain (pain without a clear cause like a herniated disc)
  • You are currently employed at Xi'an Jiaotong University City College
