Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 40 years old.
- You have a non-cancerous hardened growth in your lower jaw bone that is at least 1 cm wide.
- The outer layer of bone (cortex) over the growth is at least 1 mm thick.
- You do not have a medical condition that slows bone healing (such as diabetes or osteoporosis).
- You are not currently taking steroids (corticosteroids), chemotherapy, or radiation therapy.
