- You received a SMART brand stent in your leg artery (iliac, thigh, or behind-knee area).
- Your doctor has medical records of your health for at least 5 years after the stent was placed (unless you passed away sooner).
- You were not pregnant or breastfeeding at the time of the stent procedure.
- You were 18 years or older when the stent was placed.
