Who can take part

  • You have been newly diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer has a specific mutation called KRAS G12C (a genetic change in the tumor).
  • Your tumor has at least 1% PD-L1 (a protein that helps cancer hide from the immune system).
  • You have not received any previous treatment for your advanced lung cancer.
  • You are at least 18 years old and able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-2).
