New two-drug combo for KRAS G12C lung cancer as first treatment

Who can take part

  • You must have a specific genetic change called KRAS G12C in your lung cancer (confirmed by a lab test).
  • You must not have already received any cancer treatment for your advanced-stage lung cancer (prior treatments for earlier stage are okay if it's been at least 6 months).
  • You must be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) – basically you are up and about most of the day.
  • Your cancer must be measurable on scans (at least one tumor that can be measured).
  • You must have adequate organ function (blood, liver, kidneys) – your doctor will check this with blood and urine tests.
