Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 69 years old.
  • Have confirmed polycythemia vera (PV) with a JAK2 V617F mutation and have been prescribed a cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET) because you want to start regular physical activity.
  • Not have any known heart or chronic lung disease (like asthma) that could affect your exercise ability, separate from PV.
  • Not have had a major blood clot in the past.
  • Have a body mass index (BMI) under 35.
  • Be covered by French social security and not be under legal protection, psychiatric care, or deprived of liberty.
