Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older and the main family caregiver for someone with dementia.
  • You must have mild to moderate symptoms of depression (a score between 5 and 19 on a standard depression questionnaire).
  • You need a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or computer with internet access.
  • You cannot have severe depression (score 20 or higher) or recent thoughts of harming yourself.
  • You can't have joined a study on ACT therapy or another caregiver program before.
