Who can take part

  • Your child has a confirmed brain tumor diagnosis (such as ependymoma, medulloblastoma, glioblastoma, or another primary brain/central nervous system cancer) that is growing again or not responding, with no curative treatment option.
  • An MRI (with and without contrast dye) must show active tumor right now.
  • Your child must be able to swallow pills and take the study medicines by mouth.
  • Your child must have “enough strength” for treatment (Lansky/Karnofsky score 50 or higher) and lab results that show kidneys, liver, bone marrow, and blood counts are within required ranges.
  • Seizures (if present) must be well controlled on anti-seizure medicine, and you can’t be on other cancer treatments or study medicines not allowed by the protocol while enrolled.
