Who can take part

  • Your child has a relapsed or growing (progressive) brain tumor such as medulloblastoma, ependymoma, or ATRT
  • The tumor was confirmed by biopsy or by special tumor testing done at diagnosis or relapse
  • Your child is under 20 years old at the time of the original diagnosis
  • Blood counts and key organ tests are strong enough to safely start study treatment (liver, kidneys, white blood cells, platelets)
  • Your child can safely take the study medicines, and there is no current infection, pregnancy, or breastfeeding
  • There are no major exclusions such as uncontrolled heart problems or serious medication allergies
