Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with chronic coronary syndrome (stable chest pain or related symptoms).
  • A CT scan shows at least 50% narrowing in one heart artery, but a special CT measurement (CT-FFR) shows it's not severely blocking blood flow (value above 0.80).
  • You have not had a heart stent in the last 3 months or bypass surgery.
  • You do not have inflammatory bowel disease, stomach ulcers, or other conditions listed that would make colchicine unsafe.
