Who can take part
- You must be between 15 and 64 years old.
- You must have a confirmed or highly likely diagnosis of tuberculosis meningitis (TB infection of the brain's lining).
- You cannot have had more than 14 days of standard TB treatment before joining.
- If you have HIV, you must be on a specific type of anti-HIV medication (efavirenz- or dolutegravir-based).
- Your weight must be between 40 and 90 kg (about 88 to 198 pounds).
- You must not have severe kidney disease, severe liver disease, or be pregnant or breastfeeding.
