Who can take part
- You are at least 10 years old.
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of vocal fold sulcus, scar, or atrophy (a thinning or groove in your vocal cords).
- You are willing to sign a consent form and attend follow-up visits.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You do not have laryngeal cancer, an active laryngeal infection, or an untreated bleeding disorder.
- You have not used steroids or immune-suppressing medications in the last 4 weeks, and have not had voice box surgery in the last 6 months.
