Who can take part
- You have vocal cord scarring from birth or from a previous throat surgery.
- Your voice problem is significant, scoring over 50 on a 120-point voice handicap scale.
- It has been at least 6 months since your initial vocal cord surgery.
- You are between 18 and 70 years old and in generally good health.
- If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and use contraception.
- You are not currently taking blood thinners and have no bleeding disorders.
