  • You already use a device that measures pressure in your heart's blood vessels
  • Your heart pressure readings have been stable for at least 4 weeks
  • You have a smartphone that can connect to Wi-Fi or cellular data
  • You can read and understand English
  • You are not pregnant and not currently in prison
