Who can take part
- You have kidney cancer that has spread to at least one nearby lymph node
- Your main kidney tumor is at least 7 centimeters (about 2.8 inches) wide
- When the tumor is cut open, it has a pattern of multiple small nodules rather than one solid lump
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have not had drug or immune therapy for kidney cancer before this surgery
