Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have bile duct or gallbladder cancer that cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself, up and about).
  • Your liver and kidney function meet specific lab guidelines.
  • You have not had radiation therapy in the past 12 weeks.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for a period after.
