- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a pacemaker or an implantable defibrillator (ICD) from Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Abbott, or Biotronik.
- Your device is already enrolled in remote monitoring (your clinic can check it from home).
- You get your heart device care at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and speak English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
- You are not on the heart transplant list, and you do not have a loop recorder (a tiny device that only watches your heartbeat).
