Who can take part
- You got a new ICD or CRT-D device less than one year ago, and it has a home monitoring feature
- You have heart failure caused by clogged arteries or other reasons
- At the time you got the device, your heart's pumping strength was 35% or less, and you had mild to moderate symptoms (NYHA Class II or III)
- You have a normal heart rhythm (not atrial fibrillation)
- You are 18 or older and agree to take part
