Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with a specific heart condition, such as cardiomyopathy, heart attack, valve disease, or other listed types.
  • Your diagnosis is confirmed by tests like echocardiogram, MRI, lab work, or biopsy.
  • You do not have multiple heart conditions at the same time (for example, both cardiomyopathy and valve disease).
  • You are able to have an MRI safely (no metal implants or pacemakers), and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
