Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 75 years old.
- You must have recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (cancer of the mouth, throat, lower throat, or voice box) that has not responded to previous treatment with both a PD-1/L1 inhibitor (like pembrolizumab or nivolumab) and a platinum-based chemotherapy (like cisplatin or carboplatin).
- You must have a PD-L1 CPS score of 1 or higher.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on imaging scans.
- You must have good overall health (ECOG performance status of 0 or 1) and adequate organ function.
