Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have head and neck cancer (squamous cell type) that has come back or spread to other parts of the body.
- You have already tried a PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitor (such as Keytruda or Tecentriq) and a platinum-based drug (like cisplatin or carboplatin) and they stopped working.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- Your tumor has a PD-L1 Combined Positive Score (CPS) of 1 or higher (a measure of a protein on the tumor).
- You are not able to have surgery or radiation to treat the cancer at this time.
