Study of PARG inhibitor FORX-428 for advanced solid tumors

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that has progressed after at least one prior treatment.
  • Your tumor must have certain genetic changes, like BRCA1/2 mutations or other signs of DNA repair problems (your doctor can check this).
  • You must have measurable disease (tumors that can be seen on scans).
  • You must have adequate organ function, which will be checked with blood tests.
  • You must be able to swallow pills and have no gut problems that affect absorption.
