Who can take part
- You are generally healthy or have mild high blood pressure (140-159/85-99).
- You are between 18 and 55 years old (healthy) or 18 to 65 (hypertension).
- You weigh at least 110 lbs (men) or 99 lbs (women) and have a BMI between 18 and 26 (healthy) or 18 and 28 (hypertension).
- Your blood pressure is within certain ranges, measured three times.
- You have not taken any blood pressure medication for at least 30 days (if you have hypertension).
- You agree to avoid pregnancy or donating sperm/eggs during the study.
