Who can take part

  • You are a woman 18 years or older with breast or gynecological cancer.
  • You have been diagnosed with some level of muscle loss (sarcopenia).
  • You finished your main cancer treatment (surgery, chemo, or radiation) between 2 weeks and 2 years ago.
  • Your doctor has said it's safe for you to start exercising.
  • You do not have other serious illnesses (like another cancer or kidney failure) that could interfere.
  • You are not already in a similar exercise program.
