Who can take part

  • You are a competitive weightlifting athlete (Olympic lifting or CrossFit) and train at least 3 times per week.
  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You have had knee pain for at least 6 weeks.
  • You have been diagnosed with jumper's knee using an ultrasound that shows abnormal blood flow in the tendon.
  • You can safely do leg exercises with added weight or your own body weight.
  • You are willing to avoid other similar knee treatments during the study.
