Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 59 years old
- You have been diagnosed with patellar tendinopathy (pain at the front of the knee near the tendon)
- You do not have other muscle, bone, or joint problems like fractures, sprains, or arthritis
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have not had steroid shots or other injections into the tendon recently
- You are not taking certain medications like blood thinners or anti-inflammatories
