Who can take part

  • You are between 12 and 28 weeks pregnant.
  • You can speak and read French well enough to understand study instructions and fill out questionnaires.
  • You are willing to be randomly assigned to either the mindfulness program or the standard care group.
  • You are not currently attending any other prenatal support programs like prenatal yoga, haptonomy, sophrology, or mindfulness courses.
  • You do not have a severe or unstable psychiatric condition.
