Who can take part
- You have primary open-angle glaucoma and mild to moderate vision loss (better than -12 dB on a visual field test).
- You are between 45 and 75 years old (for glaucoma patients) or 50 to 70 (for healthy volunteers).
- Your vision is correctable to 20/40 or better.
- You speak English.
- You do not have other eye conditions like severe cataracts, macular degeneration, or diabetic retinopathy.
- You are not taking certain eye drops or medications that affect pupil response, and you have no sleep, mood, or cognitive disorders.
