Attention training for depression using eye-tracking

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with major depressive disorder (MDD).
  • Your depression is at least moderate (a score of 7 or higher on a standard depression scale).
  • You have normal vision (or vision corrected to normal with glasses or contacts).
  • You have never had psychosis, a manic episode, hypomanic episode, or PTSD.
  • You do not have a severe alcohol or cannabis use disorder, or any other substance use disorder (except nicotine).
  • If you take medication for depression, you have been on a stable dose for at least 3 months, and you are not currently in psychotherapy.
