Brain training for emotion control in depression

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with major depression as your primary mental health condition.
  • Your depression is moderate to severe, as measured by a standard questionnaire.
  • You have been taking the same psychiatric medication(s) for at least 6 weeks.
  • You do not currently have active suicidal thoughts or plans.
  • You are not pregnant.
