  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 29.9.
  • You agree to avoid probiotics, fermented foods, and keep a stable diet and lifestyle during the study.
  • You do not have any long-term stomach, inflammatory, metabolic, or serious mental health conditions.
  • You have not taken antibiotics or probiotics in the past 4 weeks, and agree not to use certain medications like pain relievers, steroids, or blood thinners.
