  • Your BMI is 25 or higher (meaning you are overweight or obese)
  • You can read and understand Greek
  • You are not currently taking any weight-loss medications or drugs like steroids or antipsychotics that affect weight
  • You have not been in a structured weight-loss program in the last 3 months
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you do not have untreated thyroid or other metabolism-affecting conditions
