Who can take part

  • You are between 22 and 85 years old.
  • You have major depression (without psychosis) that hasn't improved enough with antidepressant medication.
  • Your depression score on a standard scale is above 20.
  • You haven't changed your depression medication or therapy in the last 4 weeks, and you agree not to change it during the study.
  • You do not have epilepsy, seizures, or any condition that prevents MRI or TMS.
