  • You are a woman between 30 and 65 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 30.0 and 39.9, which is in the obese range.
  • You have been diagnosed with high blood pressure (hypertension).
  • You currently exercise less than 60 minutes total per week.
  • You are willing to get medical clearance from a specialist to safely exercise.
