  • Aged 18 to 70 years
  • Can read and understand Swedish well enough to fill out forms
  • Have a BMI of 25 or higher
  • No serious food allergies
  • No major health problems like heart or lung disease, cancer, or eating disorders
  • Not pregnant, not currently on a strict diet like vegan or LCHF, and have had stable weight for the past 3 months
