  • You are a pregnant woman between 18 and 49 years old.
  • You are having a planned (non-emergency) cesarean section.
  • You are at least 37 weeks pregnant with a single baby.
  • You attend regular prenatal check-ups.
  • You do not have conditions like preeclampsia, heart disease, diabetes, blood clotting problems, or severe lung disease.
