- You attended the MUSC ICU Recovery Clinic within 180 days (about 6 months) after leaving the hospital.
- Your ICU stay was not mainly because of alcohol withdrawal or delirium tremens (severe withdrawal symptoms).
- You do not have a serious mental illness like schizophrenia, psychotic disorder, or acute mania.
- You do not have late-stage dementia or significant cognitive impairment.
- You are comfortable speaking English or Spanish.
- You have regular access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet.
