Inhaled amniotic fluid for lung scarring

Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 90 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with interstitial lung disease by a doctor.
  • Your lung function tests show at least 45% of normal for one measure and 30% of normal for another.
  • Your oxygen level is at least 92% while resting, and you use no more than 3 liters of oxygen per minute.
  • You are not currently taking other treatments for interstitial lung disease, except oxygen or pulmonary rehab.
  • You are not pregnant, and if you could become pregnant, you must use effective birth control.
