This study tests whether special breathing training can help boys aged 13-15 who play football get faster reactions and better performance. If your son is healthy, trains regularly, and hasn't done breathing exercises in the past year, he might be able to join.

Who can take part

  • Be a boy between 13 and 15 years old (born 2011–2013)
  • Have played football for at least 2 years
  • Get a doctor's okay to play sports
  • Be a member of the MTS Rybnik Football Academy
  • Have not done any breathing training in the past year
  • Attend at least 80% of football practices in the last 6 months
