Who can take part

  • You must be cleared by a doctor for trail running (no heart or joint problems).
  • You have been racing in trail running competitions for at least 1 year.
  • You have an ITRA performance index (a number that shows your level).
  • You plan to run at least one ITRA-indexed race in the second half of the study.
  • You have a training watch and will upload all runs longer than 10 minutes to a shared database.
  • You must not have any chronic joint, heart, or neurological conditions.
