  • You are a male runner.
  • You are between 18 and 25 years old.
  • You run at least 60 km per week.
  • You have a high fitness level (VO2max > 60).
  • You have at least 4 years of running experience.
  • You do not have any injury or medical condition that prevents strenuous exercise.
